The Cat Room
✦ Can I just walk in to see the cats?
Yes, of course! However, there’s a maximum of guests allowed at one time so a reservation guarantees you have a spot. Walk-ins are permitted as long as space permits, and are welcome to enjoy a drink or snack from the cafe while waiting.
✦ How much does it cost?
$10 per person, per 50 minutes.
✦ Are children allowed?
Absolutely! Children 13 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times. For every 2 children, there must be an adult in attendance.
✦ Eek! I’m running late. Can I still get in?
For weekends, holidays, school closures & other high volume times, extensions are not permitted. For all other times, time extensions are granted if the following session has space. Please plan your travels accordingly.
✦ Oh no! I have to cancel.
Changes to your appointment made within 24 hours of appointment time are *not subject to a refund. Please make any booking changes (cancellations or reschedules) BEFORE 24 hours of your reservation time. Thank you!
All Cat Room guests must sign a waiver. Once signed, we can look you up in our system for all future visits.
Reserve Your Spot
House Rules
All rules are meant to allow everyone - cats and humans alike - to have a great time. Please note, we reserve the right to ask guests to leave if they do not follow the rules or are disruptive.
Clean Hands Only
Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before entering.
Limited Drink & Food
Only beverages *from our menu* are allowed in the cat lounge. Please watch your items so the cats don't consume them and do NOT feed anything to the cats.
No Picking Up Cats
Cats are more comfortable with four paws on the ground. Even affectionate cats may react badly to being picked up.
Watch The Doors
When entering or exiting, one door must be closed at all times to ensure the cats stay inside. Please let staff know when you’re leaving so they can look out for escape artists.
Just Shy of an Hour
Cat lounge visits are 50 minutes long, so that we have time to clean between sessions.
Cat Etiquette
Be Gentle
Please don't chase cats. If they walk away after you pet them, they are done being petted. Do not pick up any cats. However, if a cat jumps in your lap that’s ok and you can pet them but please do not hold them and prevent their freedom to jump down.
Shhhhh...
Cats get scared easily so please no running, jumping, stomping, throwing, or yelling.
Let ‘em Rest
Cats sleep a lot so please don't wake the cats, but feel free to give them lots of pets for happy dreams.
Say Cheese
You’re free to take lots of pictures but please no flash.
Watch Young Children
Children 13 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult. There should be an adult per two children. We ask that adults and children are together when they meet and interact with our cats. Please note that guardians are responsible for the actions of their minors and should make sure they follow the rules.
